Note from Sundara...I had a lovely customer request a "deep, dark violet" to use as one of the darker colors in Joji's new "Sowing the Seeds of Love" wrap. Which is gorgeous and looks super fun to knit, so I was happy to dye some up for her and anyone else who might be wanting to knit that shawl. You can get this color and go stash diving for the other four colors. New yarn and using stash. Win-win!
I wanted to find some sort of inspiration that was somewhat "spring-y" even though it was still a dark color, so if you look closely, this is a field full of crocuses. Wouldn't that be delightful to come upon? If you happen to be traipsing through the forest at night? I wouldn't because the dark woods are full of vampires and ghosts, but maybe you are braver than me.
