The Water Lotus

Note from Sundara... Rather than talk about color, I thought I'd find project ideas for you, since my most asked question is usually "What should I knit with this yarn?" So here's what I'd knit:

"Shoreline Top Light" by Cheryl Mokhtari. This is an elegant and sophisticated little tank top that doesn't have a lot of projects knit up. I'm guessing this is because it is a recent publication and also because it is somewhat of a low v-neck of a tank top. I'd probably be uncomfortable with something this revealing, so if you like this pattern, but don't like this aspect, maybe add another button up top?

"Wakebrite" by Dawn Barker. This is a little bandana-shawl-like thingie that takes one skein but if you don't like the size but do like the pattern, could easily be made bigger with two skeins. It's pretty adorable.

"Iris" by Emma Fassio is another sleeveless top with an uncomplicated stitch pattern if you are bored to stockinette or garter. The pattern is knit out of cotton, but I think it would work equally well in merino, maybe better, and would then work well as an all seasons top that you could wear under a cardigan or a jacket come cold weather.

"The Water Lotus" will not be dyed again.  1/2 a batch available & one skein that is tangled.
