The Great Blue Heron

Note from Sundara... We have a goldfish pond and every year around this time, a great blue heron comes around, looking for dinner. I'm torn because I love seeing the heron but also, Dude! Don't eat my fish. This year, though, I decided the heron might make for some interesting yarn.

And he did. This would be great for socks because the socks would work with just about any pants. Well, by any pants, I mean any black, denim, or khaki pants, which I figure is probably 90% of the pants out there. Maybe even 95%. So if you knit a pair of socks out of these, they will go with almost everything. And that's always nice.
