Note from Sundara...I took my dog to the beach last week and I saw a little stack of beach glass like this and if that isn't a good yarn inspiration, I don't know what is. The way the light reflects off the surface while simultaneously shining through, making the glass glow and light up––gorgeous. I picked this particular photo because of the gradiation of color from dark to light. I wanted to capture all those shades in the skein, although dark is a relative term here. This is definitely a light skein of yarn.
And, because it was just the weekend, I spent too much time on Ravelry dreaming about projects. It seems like everyone is in the mood for summer tees, which this color would be lovely for. Real quick, my top three favorites: Este by Justyna Lorkowska, Outline Tee by Jessie Maed Designs (although I'd make it longer because I have a firm policy of not showing off my belly), and the Umbria Summer Top by Cookie the Knitter. If you are into the hook, I'd crochet myself a Sunshine top by Nadegda Ospipova.
