Midnight Moss

Note from Sundara... I'm going to blame daylight savings time. Or the time change. Whatever you call it. I started out with the intention of dyeing our usual Daily Dreams and somehow, I ended up just not. I dyed yarn, but none of the three colors match the photos at all. I went off on a dyeing tangent and ended up with three very pretty colors that are not at all inspired by anything but, well, my mind? I don't know. It was fun.

So instead of a pretty matching photo, I will give you pattern ideas. That's fair, right? Pattern ideas is way more practical anyway. So first up: CPH sweater. Technically, it is worsted gauge, but it was the first thing that came up when I searched on sport gauge, so I think it is fine. Probably better to use sport anyway because it is brioche (which we love) and if the gauge for brioche is worsted, it works better in sport weight because of how thick and tight brioche is. Hopefully that makes sense. This sweater is amazing. Like cast on right now amazing. It's so amazing that Ravelry is featuring it on their front page.

Next up: Bocce by Jaq studios. This looks super versatile. Like you could wear it in summer over a tank top or in winter over a thick henley or something. Plus, it's just super cute. 

Finally: Top down Ear Flap hat by Purl Soho. This is just a great hat. I know we are leaving hat season, but hats are a great year-round project alternative to socks. Easy to carry around. Not hot and heavy in the heat. Great for bad hair days. You can't have too many hats.
