Orders placed between 3pm Wednesday and 8am Monday ship out that Monday. All other orders placed by 3pm ship the following day.

Please note that we do not send out shipping notifications.

We will mail your yarn to the address provided by Paypal. If you need to change this address, please email us with the correct address.

All orders ship via USPS Priority or Global Priority mail and for orders within the US, we may combine multiple orders placed within a short timeframe. As shipping charges are less than actual shipping cost, refunds for combined shipping will not be given.

Shipping within the U.S. will be charged:
$5 for orders under $30.
$4 for orders between $30 to $64.
$2 for orders between $65 to $99.
Free shipping for orders $100 or more.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for packages to arrive.

Shipping to Canada will be charged:
$21 for orders under $50.
$15 for orders between $50 to $99
$6 for orders between $100 and $149.
Free shipping for orders $150 or more.

Shipping to all other countries will be charged:
$31 for orders under $50.
$21 for orders between $50 to $99
$11 for orders between $100 and $149.
$6 for orders between $150 and $199.
Free shipping for orders $200 or more.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for packages to arrive in Canada and up to 6 weeks for packages to arrive internationally.

Sundara Yarn is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail due to inaccurately provided mailing addresses. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will need an additional shipping payment from you to resend the package. Because our yarn is available in limited quantities we may provide a refund rather than replacement skeins.

Sundara Yarn is not able to wind skeins into center pull balls.

Sundara Yarn accepts payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase through PayPal.

Sorry, we are unable to combine multiple orders or subscriptions.

All yarn except yarn purchased through the Sundara Yarn Collection may be returned within 15 days for a full refund, minus shipping and a restocking fee of $5 for returns over $50 and $10 for returns over $100. All yarn must be in original condition and have the label attached and cannot be returned if it is a skein that has been wound into a ball or has been knit.

Yarn purchased through a Collection cannot be returned. Exceptions are made if we deem the yarn defective or damaged and you must notify us of the issue within 15 days of the date you received the yarn.
