Payment

All subscriptions are paid through PayPal and you will need a PayPal account to subscribe.

Collections only include the yarn and/or patterns specified.

If your monthly charge is denied and PayPal cancels your subscription, you must contact us to re-activate your subscription or you will receive no further mailings. Or, if for any other reason, your subscription is cancelled through PayPal, you must contact us to re-activate your subscription or you will receive no further mailings.

Collections have a 5 day grace period during which you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund of payments made, minus an $8 cancellation fee.  After this grace period, if your subscription is cancelled for any reason, all payments are non-refundable.

Shipping

Shipping charges are included in the monthly payment.  Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail.  Shipping labels are not generated through PayPal , so you will not receive an email containing tracking information.  You will receive an email notification when the mailings for your Collection have been shipped.

Your packages will be shipped to the address provided by PayPal at the time you subscribe to the Collection. Please email us at customerservice AT sundarayarn DOT come if you need to change your address.

We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrectly provided addresses.  If your package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address, we will charge you a second shipping payment before resending.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for packages to be delivered within the US, 4 weeks for packages to Canada and 6 weeks for International packages.

Collection yarn may not be returned unless it is damaged or defective.  Damaged or defective yarn will only be refunded up to 60 days from the date you receive it. Please contact us if you believe your yarn isn't up to par.

Collections cannot be combined to save shipping charges.

Miscellanea

Sundara Yarn is not able to wind skeins into center pull balls.

Color groupings and skein/yardage options cannot be changed mid-way through a Collection.

Sundara Yarn has no contention with individuals trading or selling yarn purchased through subscriptions. We do kindly ask that you do not sell our yarn for more than the current price listed on our Yarn Bases page.
